When nitrogen gas or compressed air are generated on-site and used for many shop purposes, a means of high pressure storage and distribution is needed which also provides high efficiency liquid and particulate filtration, water-oil separation and regulation of both pressure and flow.

Such storage can enhance the versatility of a nitrogen generator. The SNG can often be sized smaller since the "peak" flows will come from the storage bottles. Storage also can increase the life of nitrogen generators by reducing the number of starts and stops. Furthermore, the nitrogen is available and can continue to flow even if the SNG has to be shut down.

Many storage options are available. One of our most common models is the HC500-12, which includes 12 DOT bottles rated at 4500 psi. Another is the HDPO-12, which consists of 12 DOT cylinders rated at 6000 psi. Storage racks containing 2, 3, 4 or 6 bottles are also available.
