Model MNG-2 Generators are a more User-Useful upgrade on the many MNG-1 series generators placed in worldwide service during the past 14 years.
The basic Model MNG-2 combines the many attributes of the MNG-1A series together with innovative features of the Small Footprint MANCS (Mobile Air/Nitrogen Charging System).
While it retains the size and weight associated with SGNSC-GANG specifications, it provides many improvements from "lessons learned" and additional features tailored to current User requirements.

• Nitrogen Flow: 10 scfm @ 99.3-99.7% purity 15 scfm @ 97-98% purity
• Regulated Service Pressure: to 5000 psig

• 24-Volt Jump Start capability for MNG-2 12-volt system.
• Simplified Control Panel and Operational Sequence.
• Improved Cold Start.
• Improved Hot Weather cooling.
• Retention of stable fork lift and sling lift capability.
• Provision of Diagnostics and Training aids in CD form.
Multifunctional Capability
• In addition to the standard dual Hose Reel service, lightweight 4500 psig Backpack Receivers can also be charged. These enable delivery of nitrogen to “point of use” at usable pressures even during split deployment or over unimproved terrain.

• Uses a lightweight Harness for man-portable delivery and an NDSK (Nitrogen Deployment/Sustainment Kit) as a small, lightweight, air-transportable receiver storage and/or tarmac servicing system.
• Separate Low Pressure Compressed Air for field operation of air tools and elimination of the need for a separate LOPAC.
• Service the CGR (Coolant Gas Recharger) for charging Infra- red Missile.
