Air/Nitrogen Generator and Nitrogen Charging Station

The MANCS units are small and lightweight, half the size and weight of current Mobile nitrogen generators. They are air and surface vehicle transportable and can be sling and fork lifted.

Unlike present procedures involving filling and use of heavy cylinder service carts or with heavy storage cylinders used to service remote AVUM aircraft, the unique MANCS lightweight graphite reinforced cylinders, charged in the MANCS itself, are then easily carried in the Backpack harness and servicing system to point of use regardless of terrain.

Nitrogen Flow: 4-6 scfm @ 97-98% purity
8-9 scfm @ 95.5-96% purity.
Service Pressure: Regulated 0-5000 psig
Compressed Air (for tools): 15 scfm @ 0-125 psig.
